A short privacy notice, because there is little to describe.
This public company site has no accounts, forms or analytics scripts, and sets no tracking cookies. Our hosting processes connection data to deliver and protect the site; we also receive information you choose to email us. This notice describes both.

What this site collects on its own
The public company pages have no account system, contact form, file upload, advertising or analytics script, or tracking pixel. No registration is needed to read them. Ordinary hosting connection data is described below. Restricted review previews use separate access controls and are not this public browsing surface.

What our hosting processes
The site is served as static files through a content delivery network. Like any web host, it processes the connection data a request necessarily carries — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — to deliver pages and to protect against abuse and denial-of-service. We do not build profiles from it and we do not join it to anything else.

What happens when you email us
We receive whatever you choose to include: your name, address, employer and the substance of your enquiry. We use it only to understand and answer you, and to carry on the conversation if there is one. Please do not send confidential or regulated material to an unrequested address; if a matter needs that, we will agree a proper channel first.

How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept as an ordinary business record for as long as it is useful to the relationship and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and is deleted when neither applies. Nothing on this site is retained to profile you.

Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not transfer it to third parties except where a service provider processes it on our behalf — our email provider and our content delivery network — or where the law requires disclosure. Those providers may process data outside India.

Privacy requests and applicable rights
You may contact founder@curatorresearch.com to ask about information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We will assess the request, verify identity where needed, and explain any applicable retention requirement. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules commence in phases. Under Gazette notification G.S.R. 843(E), dated 13 November 2025, sections 11–17 of the Act, including Data Principal rights, are in the group appointed to commence eighteen months after publication of the notification. Statutory rights, including nomination, and complaint procedures apply when and to the extent the relevant provisions are in force.

Grievance Officer
Bhavika Mukherjee, Director, is the Grievance Officer for Curator Research Private Limited. Write to founder@curatorresearch.com with "Grievance" in the subject line and enough detail to identify the matter. We will explain the response and any further route available under applicable law. This notice does not promise a Data Protection Board complaint route before the relevant provisions and procedures apply.

Children and sensitive material
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly process children's personal data through it. Do not send us health, financial or other sensitive records through an unrequested email.

Changes to this notice
This notice was last reviewed on 29 September 2026. If it changes materially we will change the date and say what changed, rather than revising it silently.
